Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion the pain abdomen and backache might indicate labour pains. But if they are associated with brownish discharge they indicate true labour pains. So a physical examination is needed to check for any cervical changes.Whether its prelabour or true or false labour pains is known only after examination. So consult doctor and get examination done.
Dont worry.Relax.
