Could Constant Nausea Along With Chills And Fatigue Be Symptoms Of Lymphoma?

My daughter has had abdominal pain for the past 6 months. They did an EGD, colonoscopy, biopsy, all negative. Labs show a normal hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelets and WBC, but she has high granulocytes, lymphocytes and nucleated red blood cells. Her lipase is low. She has an ANA titer of 1:640. Now we have a spleen mass that is in the center, 4.3 cm. She is constantly nauseated, having upper abdominal pain, fatigue, hot and cold sweats/chills, no fever, joint pain, itchy skin. Could it be possible that this is lymphoma?
