HI .....MY NAME IS EMILY ....I SEEM TO HAVE A BAD CASE OF THE FLU ....IVE BEEN THROWING UP NON STOP SINCE FRIDAY ....IVE BEEN IN BED FOR THOSE DAYS TODAY I THOUGHT I WAS BETTER AND Came to work .....I have a constant cough and fever now w chills ......I went through a bottle of mucinex ibuprofen and thera flu and nothing is working for me ......what CAN I DO ......SHOULD I JUST GO TO ER

Continuous fever,chills with continuous vomiting requires certain investigations
to rule out the condition.
Treatment should be according to investigations.
Consult your treating doctor for further medications.
Otherwise take rebeprazole or pentoprazole with domperidone.
Lactic acid bacillus will be helpful.
Nsiad with antihistaminic is required to subside the fever,cough.
Start proper antibiotic under guidance of your physician.
Drink more water and other liquids like coconut water,lemon water,buttermilk.
Eat more liquid,simple diet.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
