Could Congestion, Lightheadedness And Dizziness Be Due To Headache Caused By Smell Of Dye In Hair After Coloring?

I had my hair highlighted with a dark brown. The smell of the dye gave me a headache. This morning I woke up and I was a little congested, but nothing major, AND I m feeling lightheaded and dizzy. Can the remaining smell in my hair becausing this or do you think that since I have a little congestion and scratchy throat it is something else. I felt fine until I had this done yesterday. I had a sinus infection 4 weeks ago, was on antibiotics, and have been fine otherwise.
