Could Conception Support Pills Delay Periods?

Hello, I been trying to conceive for about 6 years and took the conception support pill this last month on July and my period was delayed for 5 days. I have never been delayed that long only one or two days but my period started today , can I be pregnant or is just the pills that delayed my period

I understand your concern that you are trying to conceive.
Conception support pills will aid in ovulation process and it does not affect periods.
If you have missed your periods this time, then you need to confirm about pregnancy.
Kindly get the following investigations done:
1. Urine pregnancy test (UPT).
2. Blood for beta-HCG.
3. Trans-vaginal ultrasound scan (TVS).
That should tell you about the pregnancy status. If any of these tells that you are not pregnant, then you should get your periods shortly. The delay may be because of your anxiousness.
