Could Clot Like Bleeding During Periods Be Due To Birth Control Pills?
Hello, I recently had oral sex on March 5 and the male was unable to performed due to alcohol, however he did insert his penis into for 5 to 10 seconds without a condom, being very flaccid he did not ejaculate. I started to take my birth control (norethinorpe) again on March 5 and 6 (two days), but then stopped because I realized I had surgery in a couple weeks and the medicine can cause clots. I haven t experienced any post sexual problems and my cervix has been normal height and opening to its menstruation rate that it is known to be. My bledding right now is clotty and more runnish clear than usual... Is this just from the birth control or am I pregnant. Also on my period tracker I am supposed to ovulate on the 14th of March. Which is 8 days before had sex and I know sperm can last up to 5 days with in the vagina... I m in desperate need for some answers
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if the main concern is pregnancy then it may be very less likely but it can not be taken as granted, and I would suggest to get done the ultrasonography test if this is the amenorrhea of two weeks, else this is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
