Could Chills, Diarrhea And Swollen Lymph Node Be A Sign Of HIV?

hi about 6 months ago i had same sex intercourse with a person who later confessed to me was hiv positive. We engaged in anal and oral sex, both of us recieiving but we used condoms for the anal sex but NOT for the oral sex. About a week ago, i started feeling chills and had diarrhea and a swollen lymph node in my armpit. All of the symptons lasted about 4 days then went away. Could this be a sign of hiv?

The risk of HIV from oral sex is very low and for anal sex both of you had used condoms so no need to worry. As far as your symptoms of diarrhea and swollen lymph nodes are concerned they might be due to some other infection because in case of HIV these symptoms are chronic and persistent. Still, I will advice you to go for HIV testing to be sure about your status.
