Could Chest Pain And Tingling In Arms Be Due To Pulled Muscle?
Hi I am a female 44 years old with high blood pressure. My pressure was 154 over 124 with a heart rate of 121 last night. Today I tried picking up a heaving box and I have a really bad pain in my chest which is still there it hurts when i laugh. I think i might have pulled a muscle. I am also experiencing slight tingiling in my arms and legs on and off all day long.
In my opinion you should first undergo ECG for this and consult cardiologist. Your BP is high, pulses are running very fast, with chest pain with heaviness in arms, all suggest cardiac pain mostly anginal pain. So consult cardiologist and get done ECG and 2D ECHO.
