However, straining when passing a stool may cause them to bleed. Sometimes the blood may accumulate and form a thrombus (clot), which can be painful the area will swell and become inflamed. The raw meat appearance of your stool may be due to the clotting that is previously formed. My impression is that it is just a symptom of hemorrhoids. If the condition is repeated, than you could seek a consult from a proctologist. Meanwhile I would recommend you to eat lots of fibers, as fruits and vegetables, as well as whole grains, in order that your stools will nearly always be soft. If you drink plenty of fluids your stools are more likely to be soft and when you go to the toilet try not to strain or hold your breath, as this creates pressure in the hemorrhoids and cause them to bleed.
