Could Bloated Swollen Lump In Abdomen To Esophagus Area, Noisy Bowels After Having Hysterectomy Be Twisted Bowel?

Had a complete hysterectomy 8 month ago. I m 59. Lately after eating I get a bloated swollen lump high in the abdomen. Almist up to esophagus area. Feels like something gets twisted. Aso way too much gas and very noisy bowels. Could it be twisted bowel?

Hi...twisted bowel will cause complete constipation... which is not the case...its more like a bowel infection... take tab norflox tz twice a day for five days...you should be fine...
