Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. It is very rare to get pregnant immediate after the menstruation, as ovulation do not occurs at that time. However, irregular spotting can be a sign of pregnancy. I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done and if positive then get the further management should be done accordingly. If negative, then you should consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated( including pap smear and hormonal profile, ultrasound) and treatment accordingly.
