Could Being Overweight Be The Cause Of Pain In Back And Chest?
Hi , I am 25 years old and have two kids! I weight about 144/ 5'3height ! It's been a year that I been experiencing pain in my left uper back! It kinda feels like it burns! This is also follow by pain in my chest by where my breast is located. My doctor did chest X-rays and blood work! Also urine test everything came back ok! Except the urine test show I had a UTI I am just really bother because this pain does not go away!! ;( Plz someone help some times I experience pain in my upper abdomen but then it goes away! And now I also been feeling like my throath is closing it feels much better but I still kinda get that feeling!!

I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported. As a matter of truth, increase weight above the recommended value can cause these symptoms. However, with you reporting that you had a UTI which could also explain this pain, I will suggest that you follow through with the treatment and if symptoms fail to resolve, then we can attribute this to something else. To take control of your weight, eat less calories than you spend in a day. This require controlling your diet, exercising often and incorporating lifestyle measures that help you maintain an active life.
