Hi,

If you have frequency of urination urgency dysuria. You need to evaluate for UTI. Any foreign body in the body can cause infection. Smell may be sign that ring has got infected. Show to a gynecologist if it is persistent.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
