Could Back Pain Subsiding After Eating Food Be Related To Kidney Stones?

I have been experiencing moderate lower back/side pain when I am hungry. So much that I have to sit down until I put at least something in my stomach. I had this symptom several years ago for several months, and then I had kidney stones, and it suddenly disappeared after that. Could there be a correlation?

Prolonged fasting can cause stomach pains. But there is no correlation between stone pain and hunger pangs. The cause of lower back pain needs to be investigated with an xray of the back and may be an ultrasound.
