Alcohol and tobacco consumption anyways is not good for health. People who chew gutka have an increased risk of getting cancer of oral cavity. Alcohol is also not good if taken in excess as it will deplete your body's stores of nutrients especially causing deficiency of B vitamins in the body leading to lack of energy. Alcohol affects liver health adversely and can increase the risk of gastric cancer. So, it is better if you give up gutka and completely avoid alcohol if you want more stamina and energy.
