Hello, Thnx to contact us. If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that TB and HIV is totally different disease with different etiological agent. HIV and TB actually are correlated disease, but dose not necessary that both occur simultaneously. Stomach TB is spread by ingestion of TB contaminated food most commonly with milk. While HIV is infected with exposure to body fluids. So do not worry regarding HIV if you have stomach TB. If you have anything else to ask please contact me. Thanx. Dr. Arun Tank
