Hello! Thank you for the query. Mentioned by you symptoms are not characteristic for an ulcer. Please note that ulcer usually gives upper middle abdominal pain associated with foods intake. Nausea and lack of appetite are also present. Lump feeling is not a symptom of peptic ulcer. If you are certain that this is a lump, ultrasound should be done to see what it is. Your symptoms seems to be caused by acid reflux. Please try to avoid fatty food, spicy foods, fried foods, coffee, chocolate, alcohol, orange juices. Take prescribed by your doctor medicines and the symptoms should go away. If not, than you need to have a gastroscopy done. Hope this will help. Regards.
