Could A Bump On Top Of Penis Be Due To Veneral Disease?

My husband has been haveing bouncing around psa levels we found out that he does not have prostate cancer the dr treated him twice with mederson of infection twice he has a burning when he ejects later he came up with one bump own top of the penus looked like a sore pimple that you would get own the face, I have never cheated own him,l was wondering could he have harpies or some kind of vd ,reason I'm asking is my brother cheated own his wife and he gave her vd ,I don't know if my mind is working over time or should I go to the dr

thank you for query.these may be STD or simple bacterial infection as the morphology and site is not clear.If there are grouped small vesicles then it may be herpes it is unlikely according to the description.You can advice topical antibiotic creams like mupirocin . if it does not subside you can consult doctor for further investigation.You can get back directly to me for any clarifications with the photos.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist.
