Claudio don't even do it. Medical and surgical consumables are not meant for anything else apart from their intended use. YOu may hurt yourself and even worse infect yourself.
Not advisable. Go for something more fashionable for piercings (Why do you want to use these).
There are specific needles available for acupuncture. Use them.
