Hello,
I think I can help you. The risk of transmission of STD's is quite low at this point given that you were protected. Sometimes, certain viruses can be transmitted such as HPV, which causes warts. Syphillis, HIV, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea should not be transmitted skin to skin. Cuts are not as important as open wounds for transmission of viruses. If you indeed had a cut, it would have to be open, not scabbed over for the virus to transfer to you. I would not worry too much, you did the right thing by using a condom. If you have any more concerns the easiest thing to do to alleviate them would be to get tested for STD's. I hope this helps.
