Could I Have A Broken Or Cracked Bone ?

I fell a week ago today across a 2x6 board hitting my shin really hard, it was bruised and hurts really bad. There is a hard marble sized knot on my shin now that is extremely painful if touched. Could I have a broken or cracked bone?

considering that u r able to walk, it is most likely to be a hematoma (blood) collection. but always better to rule out with x ray.
