Hi,thanks for query.Missing period for about a month and pregnancy test negative needs some more investigations and a visit to doctor for diagnosis. The pregnancy tests available today are very fine and accurate and they pick up pregnancy even after one day of missed period. The problem of fast heart beat, urinate frequently and thirsty could be because of anxiety which is most likely or some urine infection. Please visit your doctor.bye.
