Hello and welcome
Nothing to worry about. You will get rid from your problem by certain precautions:
1. avoid the allergens you have written in the query as much as you can.
2. Chew the food properly in your mouth and eat slowly.
3. Take your meals at proper time, avoid irregular eating.
4. Do not eat full stomach. You can take diet in multiple doses.
5. Do not lie down just after the meal.

Can take some antacids and PPI inhibitors to reduce epigastric discomfort if you have. Hope this will help you.
Best Wishes
