Cough, wheezing post early morning jogging, not allergy prone. Taking maxiflo rotor-caps inhaler. Cause?

Hi, I recently started jogging early in the morning and have since been suffering from coughing and weezing. I have no history of any known allergies and have never smoked or been admitted to a hospital. I have started taking maxiflo rotorcaps inhaler for a week. Although the weezing has stopped, the cough remains. Please diagnose.
