my two year old has rough cough , and has a high temp. for the last 72 hours since seeing a doctor. she has not improved in these symptoms. should i take her to the e.r. or wait.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It is advisable to take him to ER as temperature is not controlled.
Some blood work and if require X ray are necessary to rule out pneumonitis.
IV antibiotic infusion may require.
