Cough, Chest Pain, Blood In Bulgum

I am 22 yrs old. Sir iam suffering from coughing since 4 months and having chest pain regularly. But today when i woke up blood came with bulgum. I am taking meidcine regularly but does not stopped bulgum fomation. What should i do.

PLEASE GET AN X RAY DONE, LOOK FOR ANY UNUSUAL SIGNS. EVEN THOUGH YOU MIGHT BE TAKING TABLETS PROPERLY STILL SILENTLY ANY THING MAY HAPPEN.
