Cough, Acute Bronchitis. Prescribed Levolin, Azflow Spray. History Of Cold, Tonsillitis. Treatment?

i am suffering with cold and tonsillitis childhood and i need to take antibiotics every month in last few years after visiting ENT specalist reports showing acute bronchitis and chronic pansinusist doctor prescribe me Levolin spray and Azflow nazal spray tablet rezhyle and steam in morning and night for few days i was feeling better but from two days before i have cough i am in very worst condition i think i need antibiotics what can i do any permanent solution please

HI I have gone through your mail and as you said that you are having cold and tonsillitis since your early childhood, whenever you got attacks of cold and tonsillitis , you use to take antibiotics and nasal spray,initially conservatives treatment was given good response but it is not so effective and you are fed of treatment and wants permanent cure. After listening your this story I would like to advice you few investigations - (1) culture and sensitivity of throat swab, (2) C.T.scan of paranasal sinuses, (3) X-Ray chest P.A.view. After this you should contact E.N.T.specialist for your clinical examination and co-relation of investigations to make final diagnosis and plan for treatment,if situations are not satisfying for conservative treatment than on recomondation of your doctor you may go for surgery like tonsillectomy,or Fess (functional endoscopic sinus surgery).Thanks.

Hi.. Consult ENT specialist again in view of tonsillectomy as permanent solution... For repeated tonsillitis you need tonsillectomy...and you need to boost your immunity with multivitamin and vitamin c specially... Consult physician or ENT person for antibiotics and nasal steroid spray...take care
