Continuously Suffering With Shortness Of Breath, Fatigue, Weakness, High Heart Rate. Normal EKG, Heart Ultrasound, X-ray, Blood Test. Cause?

I am a 28 year old female and have had same symptoms for about 2-3 years which include SOB,lightheaded, fatigue . I was recently put on BP Meds due to going to the office presenting the same symptoms plus weakness and feeling like I was going to Pass out....my pressure was 175/101....its been 3 weeks I m starting to feel bad again.....my pressure is almost perfect but now heart rate goes from 121-140.....my dr already ordered blood test, ekg ,heart ultrasound, and xRay ......eeverything on those seem to be fine.

hello.if your all investigations are normal there may be something you are worried which makes you feel the symptoms you are getting.other possibilities is your work stress which you may be having or you may not be having adequate sleep which may produce similar kind of symptoms.



i also dont know what blood tests you have undergone because even conditions like anemia, thyroid disorders (hyperthyroidism) can cause same problems.



so if you have already been evaluated by a physician, try other things that can help you out like yoga, meditation, changing to a healthy lifestyle and more relaxation after work.

if you still think something is wrong get re-evaluated.some medications and withdrawal from some medications also lead to increase in heart rate (i dont know on what medications you have been)
