Continuous Vaginal Discharge, Light Yellow Colour, Sensitive Vaginal Area. Due To Morning After Pill?

I am experiencing a continuous vaginal discharge following on from a period which finished a few days ago. It is light yellowish colour and my vaginal/anal area is very sensitive and painful. I have to wear a panty pad on account of the flow. I had taken the morning after pill 2 weeks ago and I am wondering could this be responsible.
