Continuous ringing in ears, no pain, normal TFT, blood test. Remedy?

i am having continious a tinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn sound in my ear for last 8-10 months i showed a ENT doctor in the begining he checked and told there is no problem but i dont have any type of pain and no other symptoms. my TFT test is done it is blood test is done it is normal. (please doctor help me out of this i will be very faithfull)
