Continuous Ringing In Ears, No Pain, Normal TFT, Blood Test. Remedy?

i am having continious a tinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn sound in my ear for last 8-10 months i showed a ENT doctor in the begining he checked and told there is no problem but i dont have any type of pain and no other symptoms. my TFT test is done it is normal.my blood test is done it is normal. (please doctor help me out of this i will be very faithfull)

So check again Mastoid area....any abnormaltie...,
in hearing voice....and speech disturbances....,
consult tonometric evaluation...consult good ENT surgeon for..,
