Pain in coccyx or coccydynia is very common and a difficult problem to manage. Analgesic medication such as an anti-inflammatory can help and a cushion or pillow in the shape of a donut to help you sit comfortably. Most cases are self limiting and improve spontaneously but his can take sometime. If you symptoms persist then you should go and see your doctor in person.
