Continuous lower back pain, X-rays normal, difficulty in standing up straight. What could it be?

My lower back has been bothering me since June and now it s October and its still hurts. Been to the doctor and had x - rays taken but my doctor seems to do nothing else. He always says excersise but it hurts to stand up straight and my hip and left leg to my knee are in terrible pain along with the back pain . What could it be?

Thanks for writing in.

you most probably is suffering from PIVD ( Prolasped inter-vertebral disc ).

Best investigation is to get an M.R.I. done it will give you a much clear idea about what is your problem.. and the doctor will decide to plan for a surgery or simple conservative managements..

Hope I have answered your query.
