I know I m 28 and already had 5 ear surgeries since I was a tot due to my allergies not draining properly which have mad me almost completely deaf. I just want the noise I hear to stop. Your finger pain may be due to many reasons one being cervical spondylosis, other being nerve entrapment like carpal tunnel syndrome. You can also get finger pain de to daily use of computers .Whatever the reason you need to get yout T3,T4 and TSH checked for any hypothyroidism. If these are normal you can take T Etoshine 60mg once daily for a week. The wooshing sound that you hear is called tinnitus and is usually harmless but very irritating. It is better you see an ENT specialist and get your EAr examined
