Hello!

Thank you for the query.

It is gong to be very hard to help you if you are not taking medicines prescribed by your doctor. You should definitely listen to your doctor.
Such symptoms can be caused by gastritis indeed. To diagnose it, gastroscopy should be done.
Chest pain and breathlessness can be also a symptom of heart issue like ischemic heart disease. This should be checked at first.
Typical heart pain is in the left chest, radiates to the left arm or jaw.

I suggest you to visit your doctor, have heart ECG and stress test done at first. Gastroscopy should be done to diagnose stomach issue in case of lack of heart issue.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
