Constricting spasms in calf muscles, during sitting, sleeping and standing

I keep getting constricting spasms in my calf (mostly right). they happen suddenly, and cause my foot to distend. after a cpl minutes, i can plant my foot flat and the pain eventually goes away. it happens when I m sitting, standing, and sleeping. .

As per your symptoms you are having foot cramps.You should test your serum calcium levels.Even if it is in the normal range you should take T ocal or just plain calcium sandos one tablet daily.You can take cod liver oil capsules 2 capsules daily to fulfill your daily requirement of Vitamin D.Your cramps may subside 10 days from the start of the treatment.When the cramps start just spray volini spray over your calf and rub the calf.This measure is for the immediate relief of the pain

this can be due muscle spasm, a kind of neurological issue.

try the following ayurveda medicines:

1.dasamoolaristam+balaristam 25ml twice daily after food

2.danwadaran thailam apply over the legs and do gently massage(30minutes)
