Hi, Febimuz,
Thanks for query.
Duphalac is mild laxative and takes about 48 hours.
So it should be taken at night and by the morning one gets motion.
So wait for 1-2 days for its maximum effect.
Take 10-15 gms or 15-30 ml.
take plenty of water and green veggies and fiber diet.
Ok and bye.

hello... you can take a laxative sometimes but please dont depend on it as it leaches nutrients from the body.. try changing your diet and lifestyle.. eat high fiber meals like fruits, nuts, salads, veggies, oats, brown rice etc... drink lot of water.. go for brisk walk/ jog daily and sleep well..avoid junk, breads, biscuits and processed foods as they cause more constipation..
