Lower left abdominal pain
is most likely caused by diverticulitis
. This disease is strongly associated with constipations and is caused by constipations. However all other reasons of such pain should be also ruled out. That is why you should have full blood work, CRP, liver tests, urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound. Trans vaginal ultrasound
should be also done. If CRP and WBC levels increased, antibiotics treatment should be prescribed. After 3 weeks of such treatment, colonoscopy
should be done.
