Constipation, Gastric Troubles, White Foam From Rectum, Bleeding. Treatment?
i am asking this question for my nephew, has has been having some problems, constipation , and when passing gas feels like he had a bm movement accident but underwear only alittle wet with no bm, and when he goes to the bathroom after white foamy like spit comes out from his rectum , somethings has constipation to where alittle blood comes out

Your nephew has got truly altered bowel habits.
when his bowel is empty he is just passing the gas and the mucus because there is no solids due to preceding loose bowel motions.
You should get his stool examination and if possible a colonoscopy as well.
He might be having an inflammatory bowel disease or a chronic infection.

Dear Gnava, hello.
Your nephew might be suffering from infection of the intestines and needs antibiotic and antiamoebic therapy. White foam is the mucus due to the inflammation of the intestine and will be ok after proper treatment.
Also get stool examined for Routine/ Microscopic and for Occult blood.
