Constipation, Feeling Bloated, Abdominal Cramps. Dark Blood Clots On Tampons. Reason?

hi dr im 27 years old,my last period was 7 weeks ago. and i have been expriencing lot of constipation and feeling bloated. then yesterday when i wake up i heard very sharp cramps in my abdominal like period pains then when i went to the toilet when i wiped myself i saw bright red blood,then i put the tampon in the morning when i changed it it had very dark blood clots like liver pieces untill nou,and now i feel pain on my abdominal when i laugh,is this normal

No it's not normal. You need to seek the opinion of Gastroenterologist who may advise for sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy examination to see for the cause of bleeding per rectum. Since there are many reasons for the same you require evaluation.
