Constipation, abnormal smelling stools with mucus and blood. Remedy?

Hi, I havent been to the toilet properly (poo) in about a week. I constantly feel the need to go but when i try only a very small amount (approx an inch in diameter) comes out. The stool is surrounded by a clear mucus and as of yesterday blood . It also smells very abnormal. I have stomach pain on and off and i am almost incontinent (i.e. the stool/blood/mucus is so liquid that i can barely hold it in). Help please.

you may have problem of constipation. use psyllium husk 10 mg with water or milk every night before going to bed
use more leafy green vegetables, fruits.drink more water. do exercise regularly
once your stool passes clearly pain will automatically go away
if you still having problem after such measures then consult your doctor.he will perform some tests to find out any internal pathology
