Constipation. Undergone Colon Resection, Hysterectomy. Was Endometriosis Reason?

Hi I had a colon resection and hysterectomy about a year ago. I am having issues with constipation . It's getting more severe. I had a complete hysterectomy and am on the hormone patch. I'm wondering if I still have endometriosis on my colon which might be causing a blockage of my colon. The endometriosis was the reason for my colon resection and hysterectomy in the first place.
