Constipated, Unable To Urinate. Have Hemorrhoids And Anal Fissure. Had THD. Help?
Had THD on internal hemorrhoids , 2 external hemorrhoids removed, and a anal fissure fixed on 2/8/13. Still bed ridden, I am now constipated(but do have anal leakage) and can not urinate. DR. Appointment in morning, but in pain. Took milk of magnesia with no help. When I try to dedicate it feels like I am ripping in half.

anal pain is usually associated with difficulty in micturation.so first thing is to relieve anal pain.....anal pain is due to increase anal tone in the background of anal fissure.....apply GTN cream twice daily inside the ass....also take laxative twice daily....both of your problem will im prove...
