Constant Weight Gain, Sleep Paralysis, Diarrhea, Stomach Cramps. Prescribed Xanax, Ambian, Takes Ibuprofen. Had Adrenal Gland Disorder

Hi my daughter is 39 yrs old., keeps gaining weight ( abt. 170 now. 5'5" mostly vegetarian, execises, walks drings plenty of water daily, health conscious woman. About 18 months, she started to projectile vomit. after certain foods, exhaustion, muscle aches, distended stomach, weight gain, inability to sleep regardless of sedatives, sleep paralysis, diarrhea, stomach cramps, which comes and goes..went to dr. only prescribed Xanax and Ambian. no tests no bloodwork...she works as an RN at a major hospital..No history of drug use, but does take a lot of IBprofun.. can U help ...yrs ago when in 6th grade, had her cked for thyroid..(losing hair, skinny, excessive hair on her stomach) Dr, said she had adrenal gland disorder...had it cked last year , negative results...now what?
