Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi atlantafulscher ,

It appers you are currently facing some stressful situations in your life.

With your clinical information it could be Vocal tics / impulse contro disorder/obsessive compulsive disoder provided organic conditions get ruled out.

Any way do not worry . Go to your nearest Psychiatrist and frankly discuss your stress. he may advice you a SSRI drug ,Atypical antipsychotics if required after doing MSE. Also he may advice CBT.

With CBT and Psychotropics as described earlier gradually you will become better.

Best wishes for Healthy (physical& mental) life
