I have this constant sharp pain in my right ovary and i ve had it for two weeks. I m also having constant lower back pain bloating , fatigue , pelvic heaviness, sudden fullness, and the urge to urinate frequentlyI know what a ruptured cyst feels like and this isn t it. I ve had an ultrasound and pelvic exam and the docs say everything is fine, so why am i in pain then and having all these other symptoms?
