Constant Pain In Left Hand Side Under Belly And Inside Of Pelvis, Same Thing Now In Right Side. Is It From Colon ?

hi there, ive been experiencing pain in my left handside under my belly and inside of my pelvis for over a year. It feels like a stitch and is constant and getting worse, i did get an ultrasound a year ago but to no avail. Now I ve started getting the same on the right handside and im getting backaches. I m no expert but looking at the Human Anatomy diagram it looks like the pain is coming from my colon? I look forward to your advise. Kind regards AAAAAAAA

Hi and welcome to Healthcare magic.
It is hard to say the origin of pain since there can be referd pain from any intraabdominal organ.the most commonly this is caused by
gallbaldder and pancreatic issue and you need some more specific tests such as CT scan because US isnt good enough. To check you colon you should do colonoscopy, but colon would manifest with deep and constant pain aggravated by food. Regards .Wish you good health.
