Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The present pain appears to be the dislocation of the knee, or may be the bulging of the miniscus of the knee.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for confirmation.
i usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotrophic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically. ofloxacin, and antiinflamatories.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
