Constant Humming In Ear, Feeling Of Something Struck In Throat. Cause?

hello, last 2 days i have a constant humming in my left ear, and when i use ear buds i could see lot of wax coming out, I am now using ear drops. 2 day sbback i had developed signs of cold and i had taken a tablet and then it didnt flare. BBut now i feel that something is stuck in my throat and every now and then i had to take it up to clear my throat

Humming in ear can be because of wax or because of Eustachian tube dysfunction but a long term humming can be because of other reasons also. Get your ear cleaned by an ENT and take omeprazole and dilute hexidine gargles for few days.
