I understand your concern
You need evaluation by a physician for the definitive diagnosis of your headache which includes clinical examination and investigations. Even though the possibility of migraine is high, other secondary causes need exclusion. A stool test
will help us if the loose motions are infective. If you do not have weight loss
or other symptoms, you ,may wait or else get evaluated.
If all these investigations and evaluation are negative, you will benefit with medications like amitriptiline, valproate
etc along with regular sleep and dietary habit
