Constant Headache, Breathing Trouble, Fatigued, Sleepiness. What Could Be The Reason?

The last few days the temperatures have been in the 90s and up where I live and I ve noticed a almost constant headache and I also have trouble breathing as if there s not enough oxygen in the air. I am also very fatigued and feel like sleeping until the sun goes down. What could be causing all of this and how can I combat it?

Hi,
With high temperatures, there is a risk of dehydration. Your headache is likely to be a sign of dehydration. This will also cause fatigue.
I suggest you ensure you drink plenty of water. At least 3 litres a day should keep you well hydrated.
Regards,
Dr K A Pottinger
